Oyster Easter 2009 was an amazing success and a great time was had by all! Les Kerr and the Bayou Band provided great music for the party in at beautiful Travellers Rest Historic Home. The beer flowed and the food was delicious as always. The King and Queen candidates took the competition to a whole new level with jello shots, candy bars with "Golden Tickets," and private label bottled water for the guests. *This event raised $44,000 for the Community Resource Center - the lifeline for middle Tennessee non-profits. Thanks to all who contributed!* Oyster Easter Hula Hoop Contest This was the first ever OE Hula Hoop Contest and will continue to be part of the event for years to come. It was a great time for the contestants and the crowd!
